These terms describe the expected use of SK 360° by authorized users and visitors to its public information features.

1. Acceptance and Purpose
By accessing or using SK 360°, you agree to these terms. SK 360° supports administrative and coordination activities of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Lipa City and authorized SK officials. Public Portal visitors may access information and feedback features made available without an official account.
2. Authorized Accounts
Official system access is intended for users and accounts created or recognized by SK 360° administrators. Account features depend on the role assigned to the account.
3. Account Responsibility
Use your own account, safeguard your credentials, keep profile and contact information accurate, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to the designated SK 360° administrator.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, upload malicious files, misuse another person's account, intentionally submit false or misleading official records, or use the platform for activities outside its authorized purposes.
5. Submitted Content and Review
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of reports, budgets, documents, and other information you submit. Authorized officials may review, consolidate, archive, or otherwise process those records through normal SK 360° functions. Depending on the existing workflow, submissions may be reviewed, approved, marked for revision, or otherwise processed.
6. Rankings and Recorded Information
Rankings and points reflect the system's current recorded criteria and activities. Results depend on information recorded in SK 360° and are not a guarantee of completeness or accuracy beyond those records.
7. Availability and Account Administration
SK 360° may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the project's control. Authorized administrators may deactivate or update accounts when required for legitimate system administration or organizational changes.
8. Limitations
SK 360° is an administrative information system and does not replace official legal, accounting, audit, or government procedures where those are independently required.
